GT E-Racing

1. Your right to return

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

2. How to return

To start a return, contact GT E-Racing with your order number. We'll provide return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.

4. Exceptions

Made-to-order, personalised, or perishable items may not be eligible for return unless faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including return postage.
